sliding door pops open

hi,My sliding door pops open soon after shuting,im sure ive seen a post on here a while back covering it,ive looked back and cant find it,can anybody help.thanks

Well they vary a little between models and we have no idea what you drive (update your details) but commonly its the adjustment of the large pin just inside the door frame (rear) when you open your sliding door. A 17mm spanner will slacken it but it will need trial and error to get it right. Could be that or the bit that grabs the pin has distorted and opened up slightly. I find if my pin is too high, the door will indeed fly open on bends so could be that your door has dropped slightly. Check rollers and brackets to make sure nothing has actually broken or come loose.

Exactly - they vary. Mine is definitely 17mm. Still, they say size isn't everything :D

thanks,my van is a 1990.il try to move the pin,and see how that goes(il take the two spanner sizes to be sure)thanks
