Open a Photobucket account, upload your picture. Hover your cursor over the picture and a few little options will appear below it. Click on second from bottom option (I think) and the work 'copied' will appear momentarily. Paste it into your 80-90 reply and hey presto, there it is once you've previewed or submitted your post

Looks great, is that the original window :?: mine is shot so I am looking for a way of replacing it without taking the canvas off and having a new one stitched in..... Any ideas :?:

Yes they are the original windows and they've leaked. Hopefully they will be sorted now as I've used Storm Seal all around edges both outside and in, but I haven't been out in heavy rain since I did them. My brother-in-law has a viking too and he has removed his windows and has stitched in new clear plastic which he brought on a roll from ebay (I think). He reckons he is leak free now.

I have to say if I had the money I would love to replace the canvas but its not a cheap job, so I'm keeping the original on. It looks pretty good for its age but I have had leaks underneath the canvas where it joins the van. Thats another job I need to do.

You can never leave these vans alone, but I think theyre worth it!

Hi,

He left the canvas on and unstitched the original windows. His wife got into the roof, she stiched from the inside and he stood on a ladder and passed the needle back through from the outside. Took him a while but he got it sorted in the end. He still had to seal around the window when he was done though!
