Super Vikings

Hi all just been looking through the garage section in the hope of finding some good pics and members with Viking campers but it seems they are pretty rare compared to other versions having just bought one i thought Id see loads on here, so will you Vikings please show yourselves it would be good to see some decent pics and get some advice on a few issues I have, I am new here and keen to get my Viking looking good, already spent a day just on cleaning the roof, it came up great, I need to replace the plastic windows in the giant roof as the current ones have had it, it would be good to hear what others have done.
I look forward to meeting fellow T25 owners in the summer

A lot of the viking owners are at the clubs annual summer camp in cornwall. In fact I'm camped next to one!

I've got a Super Viking roof - it's at my uncles, being tidied up, the rest is in my barn waiting to be fitted to my van!

Finding photos is tricky - not many to be seen. They are a very nice roof though!

Hi , my viking windows have shot it aswell , new canvas 400- 500 quid . or 70 pound i was quote to redo windows but you need to take canvas off roof , so i cut some plastic out and ducted tapped in at mo .

Hopefully, I'll have my Cappuccino sold soon! Then I'm going to go ALL out and get a brand new canvas made as I want it! WooHoo!

Hi,

I've got a 1983 Viking T25. I love the roof but have had a few leak issues but will be sorting them hopefully this year. I've been considering getting a new canvas, anyone know of a good fitter who could sort the roof at a good price. Would be handy to keep them in mind!

Hi all , the luggage bar on top of the roof is missing on mine, can someone tell me if it basically tubular steel in the shape of a square or are there more bends Thanks

The roof bar is a C shaped bar - no other bends. The support at the rear is actually the same height as the two side mount spots.

Hi i have a super viking and i love the space it gives , i will try to get some pics of it for you when i have 5 mins to open it up, there is a little vid on you tube of a viking lay out. i not sure if viking and super viking are different but mine has two windows and the one in the vid seams to have one. it was on my old camper,and when i got the caravelle i had it put on , it has made it floaty so i have been thinking of having him lowered just a wee bit . jen

Thanks for that Jen , think mine needs to be a bit lower too. Mine has two windows I was told it was a super Viking as it sleeps five.
