Where does you temperature gauge needle sit?

The needle on the temperature gauge on mine sits here most of the time in everyday driving (no motorway work).

Its sitting a little higher now its running on LPG than it did on petrol which makes me think its maybe running a little lean at higher revs.

Has anyone got a proper (with oC markings) temperature gauge fitted so they can say what temperature the VW dash gauge actually reads?

mine sits a little lower than that but mines a scooby lump, tho when I had a vw engine t was about the same as ya pic!

LPG does not work like petrol when lean
you don't get a hotter burn... just a weaker bang

I would suggest as the weather is warmer it just sits a little higher now

Thats OK then. Was getting myself worked up into a tizzy (whatever that is).
