end of sliding door handle

hi
at the end of the sliding door handle there are two little holes in the door inside the recess. could someone enlighten me as to what fits in here?

Good. I welded the holes up on mine as they were well rusty in that area and Im not sure but , (but) I might still have the item :rofl :rofl paypal, paypal thats the one for me :rofl

Well as you ask, err , for spares and bits theres the big shed and a smaller one then theres another with my building stuff in and another well never mind :rofl
