someones having a bit of fun with you.... I think...Reall, you should provide us with a lot more info "water jacket" means nothing I am afraid...
At a guess I expect this is what you mean...
You have a 1.9 or 2.1 watercooled engine and the water jacket seal is leaking/failed..
I'm afrain a new seal isnt all you will need and it can open a can of worms when the head is taken off...
