Hi Guys
Am travelling from Santander to Tarragona via Zaragoza soon. Probably won't make Zaragoza as the ferry docks at Santander at about 12 midday and by the time we disembark will only want to travel for about 4hrs or so.
Do any of you know of any campsites near to or about Tudela.
Grateful for any info
Steve

Re: Campsite in Spain
Hello
We stayed at Camping de Haro about 5 years ago and that was quite nice. It was by a river and there were lots of herons there, actually i think it may have been storks but i am not sure now. The town is quite nice and you can buy lots of rioja! We also have stopped at one last xmas near Vitoria - Gasteiz which was near a mway junction so good for being on the move but not very picturesqu! It was attached to a bar so you could eat there etc. It was minus temps at the time so all the camp site water had frozen and we were a bit chilly and it was dark so didnt really look at much. If you took a bit of a visiting detour Burgos is a lovely town and the Guggenheim at Bilbao is worth a look. I have never been via Zaragoza so sorry cant help more,
have a good trip

Hi Louey,
Yes thats the one. If you get there late, after the gates shut you could always park up outside. There was some waste ground nearby (tho may not be now) and you could pay to use the showers in the morning. There was some parking in the town near a roundy old stone wall. I remember it as i didnt realise it was curved and reversed into it and completely bent my bike wheel that was on the back!
Cheers
