I am a new (proud!) T25 owner. Two of the front headlight lenses appear to be cracked. I don't know if the headlights are standard for the model or whether it's possible to get hold of spares. Any help would be appreciated. It's a 1986 T25 1.9 petrol.
I've attached a picture of the headlights to aid identification. Just realised I've posted the headlights on the left side which aren't cracked... but you get the idea.
They're Hella lights and I can see the model number quite easily too.
Any help would be great!
That is not a standard vw setup.(could be a taifun or Projectzwo after market setup) As normally the inner is a lot smaller than the outer. The rhd outers(im assuming yours is a rhd van) are like rocking horse poo.I think i might have a brand new nearside inner like yours.what details are on it?

You're right. After some more Googling, it's a projectzwo job. And they are indeed like the proverbial poo of the rocking horse.
So - options then? It's not affecting the light at all. My problem is that I've 'imported' the van to the Isle of Man. Despite the vehicle having just sailed through an English MOT, it has to go through an import test here in the Isle of Man which is notoriously strict and will certainly pick up on cracked headlights.
How easy is it to fit a replacement Grill and headlights?? I am a complete novice when it comes to auto-electrics, in fact anything vehicle related...

The details on the nearside outer are 02 17119 7R 01 17009 001 123787
If you have a spare, I'd gladly come to an arrangement...
Firstly place a wanted ad both here and on the brick-yard.
Secondly remove the grill and take some pics so we can see if you can easily replace them with cheap as chips single round lights. You can alway use these just for testing purposes if you prefer the square look
