Sorry it was a crap rhyme !!!! I have just brought a set of
Square headlights with grill for my t25. I would like
To blacken it up and paint up the silver rim on it,
Which has partly worn off, so it looks like new.
What do you recommend folks.... I have tried back to black
And it was crap. Some kind of paint is needed I think

Satin Black in a can for the grill bits but what you do with the chrome part don't know (I just got rid of my chrome strip)

I just rattle canned it satin black too. Looks better with no chrome imo. Just mask off your badge

Are you changing round to square?

though I think the mounting tab bracket 255-853-647 (x2) is obsolete from VW UK but available from vw-classicparts.com in germany
