Measure your pushrod .... I bet it's less than 100mm anyway

0.5 mm is close enough with a 20 odd year old engine i'd say.....
im betting you couldnt measure it accurately enough within 0.5mm without using more than a ruler anyway!!
i had to use a vernier on mine to get anywhere near within those figures!

I will be fine. They only put that sticker on there so you don't stick it on an Aircooled engine with a dynamo which has a 108mm pushrod without using a 100mm push rod.
