just got me an `88 panel van. gonna remove the metal bulkhead as soon as i get chance.
any tips on the easiest way to do this please??
was thinking of drilling out or grind off the rivets, would this work??

right, yes to both your questions, drill the heads of poprivits and use a spotweld drill to to the spots, dont rush it..

ha ha a little impatient :rofl just keen to get cracking with this!!
just been looking at painting with a roller!!
did this to my T4, used military vehicle paint, didnt look to bad to be honest :wink:
might give it another go

i used a grinder, a crow bar and of course.....a big hammer :rofl
