replacement keys

Post by fufflenarnia »

Hi All,

My Van only has one copy key.

I would like to get a couple of replacement 'VW' keys cut, there are plenty of alternatives, but what was the pattern of the T25 key? Is it the same as a MK2 Golf?

Would these fit?

Thanks. :ok

Golf MK2 key's are AH profile

T3/T25 key's are N profile

Option 1 - Generic metal Key

Take your key to any key cutting place and they will cut one for you

Option 2 - Genuine VW key like the one in your ebay link. You will still need to take it to a key cutting shop to get it cut

http://www.brickwerks.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; have them but they are not on their webshop at the moment. Better to email them the request sales@brickwerks.co.uk and ask for a price plus postage for a T3 blank key.

Option 3 - Genuine VW key like the one in your ebay link. You will still need to take it to a key cutting shop to get it cut

Ring your local VW Commercial dealer (find it at http://www.volkswagen-vans.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)
