Garage brake service beds or bucks area

Hi all

Can anyone recommend a garage in beds or bucks that is clued up on T25 brakes as I am still having unresolved issues with the pedal.
Or a local member willing to help for beer tokens.

I have had a new master cylinder all new pads and shoes and a replacement wheel cylinder at rear, but the pedal still nocks on something metallic, I have bled it and tried to adjust it but I am not convinced I am doing it correctly as it makes no difference.

Could you describe the symptoms more elaborately, is it a clunk you can hear or feel throught the pedal?

The brakes work ok ish but at lower speeds they feel spongey and I can feel and hear a tapping from the pedal so it feels like it is bottoming out sometimes. I have a feeling it could be air in the system but have bled them twice.

Neighbour of mine swears by removing the brake fluid filler cap and then wedging the brake pedal hard down with a lump of wood or similar ... then walk away for a day or so! He claims that by applying constant pressure it forces the air bubbles back to the only place they can escape - back into the reservoir. I've tried it myself after a one-man bleeding job, not sure if it was psychological but I think it made them feel stiffer ... I can sort of understand the logic behind it but I'm still not sure if I am convinced by it! But for the minimal effort it takes to do it what harm is there in trying??
