Hi top paint/maintenance

Hi,

I want to smarten up the hi top (white) on my van.

There are filled in holes (from awning coming off I've been told from previous owner) and a few other marks I've struggled to get off.
Is there a paint I can brush on to smarten it up?

Or any other recommendations?

yep you can roller it with rustoleum
or you can use enamel spray.

or with a plastic primer you can use two pack spray which is very hard once cured
