European Camper Trip Insurance

Hello, just looking for some advice from anyone who has recently found a good deal on either -

Campervan insurance for travel to europe for min 180days trip length
European Breakdown Cover again for circa 180 days trip

both look like they could be prohibitively expensive from my initial searches, but obviously we're not the only couple heading off on a long european trip in an old campervan, so im sure there must be some relevant policies out there?

just thought id ask...
