Circuit Tester....

I want to check my washer pump etc - think I need to buy a circuit tester...

Can anyone recommend a simple/cheap one I should go for???

Got myself a cheap one from Maplins - UNI-T Palm Size Multimeter (UT30 Series), down to £7.99 from £12.99....Looks OK, now to work out how to use it...Then see why the windscreen squirters dont work (tested pump yesterday and it works)....
