Cardiff - camping help

Hi, just wondering if anyone can help - husband has surprised me with tickets for the Take That concert in Cardiff on 14th June. Want to take the van and was thinking we could book into the council run campsite in the centre but just found out they are fully booked. Just wondering if there are any pubs etc that would let us stay overnight - coming up from Cornwall so bit of a jaunt and didnt want to go miles out of the way from the city centre. thanks
