ride height of a clutch

Post by eatcustard »

Can it be ajusted? As mine seems too high, the clutch has only done 10K, so its not warn out.

Taking into account I have just had the master clutch cylinder replaced a few weeks ago.
All fluids are fine and no leaks.

There is some adjustment but it's not much
the actuating arm from the slave is one place and the pedal is another I think.

But where is the bite... is it right at the top?

mine is half way and I can here the engine note dip slightly..then 3/4 and it's bitten :D
