fitting an ati roll bar link

Does anyone have any tips on fitting one of these, its the straight one i dont know if it makes a difference? i have heard they are awkward to fit?
Any tips please?

Plenty of lube and I found putting them in hot water helped it softened them up
You can say alot of of things with "ar"

As Phil said. I also found it easier putting the bush halfway on the arm and then pushing the link on.

Hi Gypo

I've just done one of mine.
I sloshed swarfega soap over the bush after It was pressed it in to the arb link .....a bit of wangling and it slipped onto the anti roll bar...... it worked a treat!
