JX Tuning

Post by herukano »

Hi Guys - I am currently in the process of fitting a chargecooler to my JX (hoping to have it plumbed in before Vanwest) and am looking to fit an oil cooler , with a thought to eventually swapping the JX for a AAZ . However in the interim period is there anything else i can do to get a bit more poke out of the beast apart from a general service as listed on BW ? Upping the boost and fuel a viable method on this engine , or will it go bang quickly ? If i can up the boost what is the absolute Max that people have safely run?

Any help you can give me would be much appreciated
