do i need a new gearbox or any suggestions
occasionally my T25 is getting stuck in gear. You cant move the stick at all. If you jack it up it seems to come free again & works as normal. Does this mean i need a new gearbox or could it be something else

Take a look at the bushes in the box below the stick for wear/play and linkage near the gearbox.

Take the linkage off the gearbox (noting carefully which side of the flange the linkage was) and with the van safely jacked up and the engine off try to get the gears. That way you feel only the gearbox and gearchange without the (almost 99% inevitably) worn linkage.
Sticking in gear is a symptom of a worn/cracked sychro hub.
