where abouts would the other one be connected? Does it look the same?
This one looks like it has frazzled something so must be something sucking a fair few amps?

As far as i can tell all seems to be ok!
I dont think the horn uses a connector like this? isnt it just earthed to steering column?
will have a dig around and see where it could reach

LOOK AT THE PICTURE
bottom right
the silver thing looking like the other silver thing with a similar white connector on it.
the silver thing is a brake light switch , and the long thing it bolts into is the brake master cylinder!
does the other one have a connector? it should have pins protruding from the bottom that your bplug connects too
follow the wires on you plug , they should only go about 6 inches
there are 2 plugs (like yours on the master cylinder ) check they are both connected.
there are no other plugs that type/shape in the area as standard on these vans
if it dissapeares into the loom then its an aftermarket addition

Had a closer look and your right it was originally on the second connection but seems its been rewired without the white thing.
Guess the remaining wire on it is redundant?
