Yes,the "translation robots" create often new funny languages.
I have a disassembling/assembling (?) instructions of my bikes gearbox "robot translated" from russian to french, and then to finnish.
The result is absolutely bizarre,it looks like a dadaistic poem, but still it is,surprise suprice!,logically understandable.

Yes,you´re right.
I forgot my profile but now it´s filled in. The E-mail adress must be somewhere there too.
I live in deep contryside of eastern Finland,in wide Saimaa lake district. I have a VW T25 (T3) Transporter 1,7 D (KY-motor) m.1990,dark blue with windows allaround, and a russian Ural IMZ 650 mc with a sidecar. We Ural/Dnepr owners have a large club,Ural Roikka (http://www.Uralroikka.net" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.) Visit and see.

I´m not going to disappear after I get any information to my broblem. My knowledge of this T3 model is fair but not perfect,I´m not a specialist. As such an old car,it must of course fix and service myself.

Google translate says = "I am a Welshman living here in northern Finland. I also drive 1.6D. It is also the only one belt, but the double pulley wheel. Sorry about the poor Finnish, I'm an old man .... Better English!"

Pretty darn good translation there by Google I think :ok
Got a new van, but it's a 165bhp T4 [shock horror] Accurate LPG Station map here

Hi,Tommin!

Happy to have a welshman here. Bad english or bad finnish, they are often clumsy, but quite understandable. But cymric, how´s about that??? :ok
If you have one belt but a double wheel, maybe the system have ghanged from two-belt to one-belt,I guess.

I`m satisfied to know my single-belt in normal system,so I dont have to try to ghange it in anything else.
So,when driving,I will be carefree, and sing a song, following the words of an old christmas song: Single belts, single belts, single all the way...

(...and in the eleventh day God said: Let there be humour!)

T25 running from day to day. No broblems,no questions,no answers... (Except: The best oil for T25 1,6-1,7 D/TD is Mobiloil 2000 10-40).
Got a new (old) house, and a garage with it,here in the photo,a shelter for the WV and Ural sidecar, and a place for many sorts of crafts...
A little bit rust in the rooftop...

The poles on the van are materials for a kota,a traditional (or ancient) round living hut used here from prehistoric times to these days (in many different ways),and for exp. in Lappland as a living place to the beginning of 1900´s.
When its built up,I would send a photo,if you like.

Sorry for the riots in London... :!: Hooligans or social broblems, who knows... :?:
Here is a silent corner of Western Civilisation, where you can bury yourself alive,if you want.

The 1.9d 1y engine in my van runs with a single Halfords belt part number HB850A 674 .Its had no problems running with a single belt and was replaced after aprox 10.000 miles recently.
