battery light flickers faintly @ idle?

hi, my battery warning light flickers very faintly at idle? when i pick up the revs or turn something on like heater fan it goes out? tested charging rates at idle 13.6 volts and when fully loaded 13.2 volts. any ideas? voltage regulator? cheers

check the idle speed

maybe worn regulator bushes

if wbx it could also be a fractured alternator mounting bracket - they break on the weld between the rear plate and the bent front plate - all held together by the big bolt but the alternator moves slightly varying the tension and causing the flicker, usually only noticeable at idle
