How do i remove the air duct in the front

Hi
I cant get the air duct vent that is on the floor between the driver's and passanger's seat out of my T25 . Can anyone help me please.

Remove the upper panel first - between the dash and the lower floor panel - gently ease out. Pop the poppers and unscrew the two long screws forward of the gearstick. Unscrew the back plate facing back seat. then should come out easily - may have to remove a seatbelt bracket. just took mine out a few minutes ago. easy.

reach around the back and you will find a hooked tab on the top edge on each side, you need to pull these gently outwards whilst pulling gently/firmly the whole thing towards the gearstick, can be easier to get one side unhooked then the other, be aware the tabs often break

yep - that's the bloody upper panel! do gently and take your time!!!
