fitting mudflaps

can anybody shed a little light on fitting the heavy rubber mudflaps to the rear of a t25 syncro. the come with brackets but no instructions....and i'll be darned if i can see how it all comes together...HELP!!!
in too deep to quit now....

any body got a pair of front syncro mudflaps? got the rears from BRICKWERKS but apparently the fronts are now obsolete now with no date or much hope of more in the future....BUGGER!!!!

Syncro services also have them.
