Help needed with 2.1 dj engine please Midlands....

In the long run I would like to fit this engine into another van and convert it to gas

So my plight is to establish if the engine is worthy of removing/sorting and ask please if anyone with intimate knowledge of the 2.1 could cast a knowing eye over it while it runs up to temperature?
