Where to get a new heater blower?

Post by alofbrighton »

Hi, can anyone tell me the best place to get a new heater blower (behind dash). I know you can often
fix them but i'm thinking if I take the trouble to take the dash out may as well fit a new blower.
Seen them on ebay but not sure of quality.

Cheers, AL.

This was a pretty common part across much of the VW range circa 80-90 so easy to get hold of (about £38.00 something like that)
GSF/Euro Car Parts/Brickwerks and most motor factors.
Order a new switch at the same time (about £7.00)
make good any loose/burnt terminals and wiring especially to the switch.
