gearbox/clutch installation help....

Hi all,
just got my recon gearbox in and all went well but I have know working clutch. It feels light on the pedal so bled the system but know better!

I just taken the box back to check the release bearing was connected right and working, this seems to be as I did not see how it came out!!

I did take the clutch out to inspect but did not seam like rocket science to put back in!

If anyone has any ideas I can try tomo would be great to here, must be something Im not right.....

Sorted - it was the release bearing was fitted wrong..
