jx starter motor

just a quickie......
As a lot of engines a nearly same as ie. Golf mk 3 and passat diesels is it possible to use the starter motor from these on my jx too i want a quick temp one i can grab from the scrappies tommorrow

Unfortunately not - all the other cars use a different gear box with a different starter motor to fit....

just have to wait and hope my neighbor brings mine back fixed so close to hearing my new engine run
