Two Tone colour choice

Post by zipjames »

Iv decided to take the plunge and get the van resprayed. Does anyone have any examples of good colour choices for a two tone paint job?

I was thinking of white for the top half and possibly a mustard yellow for underneath but im eager to see options.
There also seems to be a few different lines to going two tone especially at the front of the van with colour sometimes going up the pillar next to the windscreen.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have a look at some of the brochures here....

Personally I like the two-tone red one on the left, except with medium blue instead of the red.

Thats weird, thats exactly the photo that stood out of all the brochures to me at first.
Only reason I wouldn't go for that is that it would really draw attention to the van. which I don't really want.
I had a 68 bay and a karmann ghia and having gone through those experiences, I'm a bit fed up with being stared at everywhere I go!
