Rocker stud Replacement

Hi everyone wonder if anyone can help?
Was putting telescopic push rod tube on my 2.1wbx
I found that the rocker stubs a damaged! dont know if it was me taking the bolts off.
how easy are they to replace and how easy are they to get a hold off?

Actually you're right they would be rocker studs

I would try VW first to get the studs

Yeah VW got them :D just need to work out how to get the little fekkers out.

They aint broke just stripped smmmmoooottthhhhhh. just wondering if they are a pain to remove

I've found one of the these to good at removing studs as long as it's not broken flush.

If you can get the nut on the end of the stud with some packing washers start the engine and warm it up for a minute the alloy head expands quicker then the steel stud making it a bit looser in the head
