In addition to the LED's, just bought a Mk2 Golf GTi courtesy light off ebay for just over 5 quid.... It looks the same size as the T25 ones, but has the added feature of a time delay when the door is closed. Will let you know how I get on when I get it.

These are the ones I sent for: 2pcs BAX B8.3D...
I went for the blue but you have a choice of clear white, red, and green. Delivered in just over a week from Hong Kong (pretty impressive)
If you order some you will need 3 bulbs so order 2 lots so you'll have one spare, state the type as B8.3D as he offers 3 types in the add
I've left all my switches standard, looks fine.

Hi
have ordered these from the same supplier and received two of them today. Fitted to instrument panel but do not light up.
Did yours work straight off Red Westie?

LEDS are polarity sensitive (yoou have to fit them the right way around) atherwise they don't work.
Just take them out and refit them 180 degrees the other way round.
They are a slightly different fit but I had no problems (contacts at 6 and 12 O'clock then twist to 3 and 9 O'clock) through 90 degrees.
