Hi
Hope someone can help. I've just bought a fiamma f45 awning and mounting brackets to fit to my high top autosleeper. Should have looked first but the roof sits in the channel that the brackets should sit in. Has anybody fitted this type of awning in any other way. Hoping that i dont have to cut two pieces out of the roof to fit the brackets in the channel.
Cheers
Dave

Have done this myself had to cut two small bits out off high top lip in gutter so bracket drops down ,used a dreml to cut it ,and good sealant

Thanks for the advice, had a bad feeling that was the answer. Good to know it has worked for someone. Was thinking of drilling it but dremel advice got me looking on amazon. Cheers.

Did this at the weekend. Dremel was brilliant and the cutouts came out neat and tidy. No leaks to speak of yet but early days. Awning looks awesome.
