My Aircooled 2.0 running Dells has a popping on deceleration. I'm thinking air leak at the inlet manifolds possible. Any thoughts as to other causes, ie, timing, exhaust leak?
Thanks all

Air leak, either induction or exhaust and sucking back in.

inlet manifold gaskets were a fave on my old delled Aircooled. spray a little wd40 round the manifold base when running a listen to see if the note changes

Have you got servo assist Stu?
just check the one way valve is still one way and not letting air into the inlet
