best oil for engine and gearbox

eyup ducks,ive got to buy some oil for my gearbox as ive just swapped the bellhousing and input shaft,which is the best oil to use ep80 or ep90? and roughly how much do i need,also what would be the best oil for my oil change,its a 1.9n/a diesel from a golf............kind regards.............

redline mt90 for gearbox if you love your van. costs abot 60£ though.

f******g h**l i didnt pay that much for the gearbox,i dont quite love it that much so would i be better with ep80 or ep90????????????????
