Do you definetly need them to fit the bumpers back on? Burt did not have bumpers attached when I got him, I have bumpers ok. The guy who I bought it off just used bolts to attach to the front. But I am not sure if there are hidden fittings inside front bumper attachment area.

Yes you do need them.
Someone will have a set for you - Billy the trader usually comes trumps.
I have set here you could have but the postage would be too much.
