Tyre Pressures

I have just fitted some BFG All Terrains 215-75-15..

I guess there are a few on here using these sizes, so was looking for a rough guide on Tyre pressures on and off road.

Done a search but drew a blank so any help much appreciated,

I use 2.5 bar front and 3 bar back but its on Wiki
