4 years and going strong..

Post by andisnewsyncro »

4 years ago today I saw my Syncro in the flesh for the first time and paid for it there and then! Since then it's been a great van and relatively cheap to run (re-con engine from remtec but otherwise no huge expenses ) We don't use it as much as we should - although it's my daily driver - (and we struggle to make any camps / meets due to work shift commitments).

So - 4 years down the line (1st registered in the UK on Feb 1st 2007) it's not been the money pit I feared, it has been "home" on extended European trips of 6months & more for both of us and the dog and it looks likely that that will be again quite soon... (no excuses not to get to meets soon due to impending Goernment cuts and job losses!)

So to everyone who has answered stupid questions from me, or has simply posted things that have helped me sort things out "THANK YOU"
What a long strange trip it's been

As soon as I can afford the petrol, I fancy a trip to yours for a second opinion on a few bits on the van....

Would love a trip to France and it's looking likely we'll be living on the road again quite soon anyway.

To Let 2 houses in Retford - both 2 Bedrooms - rent negotiable

Had my syncro for 5 years, but haven't driven it for a year & it has been a total money-pit!!
