hi all, i managed to crunch the piece of body kit on the door of my whitestar, im going to try and repair it but can't seem to see how to remove it...
any help will be very much appreciated

If you are talking about the planking or trim then the fastener (10mm hex head) is up inside the trim and is accessed from the lower edge.

No Brainer (here follows some very simplified instructions)
Get some Chopped Strand Matt (CSM) and polyester resin and body filler.
Clean and key up both inside and outside surfaces around the damage.
Apply CSM and resin to the inside to build up a firm repair structure.
Fill the holes at the front with body filler, rub down and paint as required.
