Sliding door adjustment

I had a similar problem to the one in this topic

I cleaned all the muck out regreased now it's back together, it worked well for a few days now it's decided to pack in again.

The rear off the door you can see daylight and the gap is realativly huge. I've tried what the haynes says but still no avail any other ideas.

Oh it's an early type
