High Top windows and seals

Post by Pansy.Findlay »

Hi, I've just bought a T25 and just joined Club 80-90. This is my first posting so please excuse me if I'm not doing it properly!

The T25 is a 1986 high top. The high top has sliding windows on each side measuring 895mm x 280mm. Both are leaking either from the seals of the window frame. Can anyone advise on where I could get new seals and/or windows.

Thanks

Ian

Hi,
Welcome to the club. You have got it right.

Try www.sealsdirect.co.uk
They also have info about fitting windows. You can also look in our Wiki section.
Might be helpful if you say what vehicle, ie conversion, you have.

What conversion is your van...
is it an Autosleeper, A Leisuredrive, An Autohomes etc or what have you?
A picture would help. (use www.photobucketbucket.com) it's free just follow the on screen instructions

Hi, thanks for your helpful responses. This the first camper that my wife and I have owned so this is all new to us.

We think it's a Holdsworth conversion. I'll try sending an image later (I've tried attaching a file but the Forum is saying the board quota has been reached and the My Picturetown site is down at the moment!).

Thanks again.

Ian

Hello and welcome.

Hope you get your window seals sorted, it might be worth checking for water damage in the roof, water can collect in the corners and cause hidden damage.
Anyway the initial problem aside enjoy your camper.
