Well as this thread has now dropped of the main page may I suggest a Meet Up for the 9th of January at Halfords in Springkerse Retail Park Stirling.
Good central location and there is plenty of room in the car park to line up our vans and fix any minor break downs.
Also easy to find and is 2 mins from the motor way from both North And South.
There is Burger King and Pizza Hut across the road for the cold and/or hungry amongst us and they are seldom very busy.
Most important there are plenty of shops near by if you have the company of your better half.
Should be less than an hours drive for the majority of interested parties and not to far for those further afield.
Pete and I have been reconnoitering some areas near to Stirling with the view of some off roading in the near future.

AS for a start time I was thinking along 12 noon for our first get together ............ So let us know if your interested and lets make it happen...............

Looks like a change of date is now on the cards then..........

I am OK for the 16th Jan if it means we can get us all to meet up for that Sunday.

There would not be much point in just a couple of us meeting up when we bump into each other more or less locally anyway.

The whole idea is to get enough Scottish Syncro Owners to have a bit of a get together for some Wild Camping - Green Laning - Off Roading and some technical support.

Well I'll put my name up for the 16th of Jan and lets see if we can have another go at us all getting together at Stirling.

Any off roading in Scotland is illegal unless you have the landowners permission. There are no green lanes north of the border either.

Russel is quite right on the matter of Off Roading in Scotland.....

How ever Pete and I know a few land owners who we are hoping to persuade them into using there land for a bit of Off Roading and Wild Camping.
And there are a still number of Pay and Play sites near hand in the Central belt to have fun in......

There are plenty of Hidden Gems of Wild Camping sites out there in Scotland it is up to us to get together and make the most of them...............
