I can still vary temps etc but putting the blower on blows the fuse each time,no doubt the ehater motor is shot,Can't find one anywhere in parts sections etc,anyone got a spare?

Heater blower motors are readily available from GSF/Euro Car Parts/Brickwerks and Just Kampers.....T3's used a common motor that was used across much of the VW/Audi range cuirca late 70's to early 90's. Cost around £35.00 New.

Chances are that yours is completely seized and could be free'd but when you have all the dash out the last thing you wanna be doing is the whole job again in 18months time.
I would also advise that you replace the blower switch (about £8.00 from the same suppliers) as these also melt as a result of the high current draw caused by the seized fan.
