Hello - Very new and a bit wet behind the ears so I apologies if I get terms wrong.
I've recently bought a T25 Hi-top. Don't know who the conversions by - has Enterprise written on it but can't find any reference to them on Google.
Looks like the external sealant between the fiberglass hi-top and the van needs raking out and replacing before it finally goes and causes body work problems.
Any tips? What sort of sealant can I replace it with? I'm in the construction industry so colored low modulus sealants are available to me - or is there a particular kind recommended.
Your help is much appreciated.
Cheers.
Hi-Top sealent.

Re: Hi-Top sealent.
The sealant should be between the lid and the roof - if you have done it properly you shouldn't see it.
It is best done from inside - raking/cutting it out and re-sealing. Then you know that your lid won't blow off.
Use Soudaseal or TigerSeal or Sikaflex or your weapon of choice from the polyurethane sealant adhesives - not silicon rubbish.

Re: Hi-Top sealent.
I see, so the roof is glued down, and the seal is made by the adhesive.
The internal liner is coming off on the near side so I'll investigate further.
Thanks of the advice.
