Places to stay near Silverstone (F1 weekend)

Post by penfold118 »

Just booked tickets for me and the old man to go to the F1 at Silverstone next year, I just wondered if anyone had been before and knows of a good site nearby ?

Any pointer's welcome...

Campsite right on the circuit. Think i paid £12 a night. Drive past entrance to circuit, first campsite on the left. You can walk through the field onto the circuit

You might even set the slowest lap time ever.

Jeeeez, I thought parts for T3's were expensive. Stick the word "F1" in the sentence and everything gets silly.

Campsites between £30 and £45 a night no hook up and basic facilities, there are a couple of cheaper ones but you can't book and its 1st come 1st served.

Looks like were going here www.whittlebury.com
