Could have sworn Schofields had a b pillar repair panel at busfreeze. Can't remember how tall it was but it's not listed on their website just liken their front jacking point repair isn't

cheers guys ,

it should be a fairly simple panel to make ( filler will hide and imperfections )

hardest thing will be welding it in

Schofield do do that panel, but its not a very good fit and takes some cutting down to make fit. I bet once you got the original panel and the wheel arch off, you will find more trouble especially behind the fuel filler....

Well the filler panal is shot so it will be reasonably easy to remove the outer pillar skin, though I reckon you will find nasties behind. that said with those two bits off and out of the way the j/p and surrounding area will be a piece of p to remake

If I recall you can leave the filler pipe connected top the tank, take fillercasp off and remove screws that are visible, this will relaeas part of it, then jubilee at rear and this should allow you to remove the rubber bit, the plastic shroud then will as you know rotate and come away from the wing , (mine was shot so cut it off and new one from jk was cheap enough,)
dont know if you fools fuel or diesel? but I would have all the fuel stuff away, exp tanks and main tank etc, not a big job really and peace of mind, plus no doubt pipework(brake/clutch) above tank may be iffy
