clutch adjustment

i have a 1989 pickup with aaz td engine conversion and 5 speed dogleg box.
clutch pedal needs to be right to the floor in order to select gear and bites the moment pressure is released on it. is there any adjustment possible or do i need a new clutch?
help please as it is starting to creep forward in first even with pedal right down to floor

It sounds like your clutch isn't properly disengaging and your first port of call should be to bleed the clutch at the slave cylinder on the gearbox.

make sure your reservoir is full
undo the nipple
and the fluid should flow

usually no need to pump it, run a bottle through
AGG 2.0L 8V. (Golf GTi MkIII)

my clutch is now much improved and i can once again enjoy my van without worrying.
