If you take the fuel feed pipe off the right hand carb and turn on ignition does the fuel flow at a steady rate? If so problem will be at carb end, if indeed it is fuel related. Have you checked that the filter isnt blocked? Its fitted half way up the chassis on the drivers side and should be routinely replaced imo.

its single carb not the usual twin ! and yeah the filter has been changed along with the other 2 that were fitted !!!!!! thanks thou
