Well, does sound a very good example
So I just wonder why it is being sold now ?
THIS BUS IS IN FANTASTIC CONDITION, DRIVES BRILLIANTLY ON AND OFF ROAD.(REAR DIFF WORKING, VC'S WORKING, ALL CV'S GREAT ALL BASH BARS PRESENT AND CORRECT,NO WELDING, THE UNDERSIDE IS FANTASTIC(THE BUS WAS IMPORTED 3 YEARS AGO AND HASN'T BEEN EXPOSED TO YEARS OF UK SALT ROADS).THE INSIDE OF THE BUS IS IN FANTASTIC CONDITION TOO WITH NO RIPS/ MARKS TO UPHOLSTERY.

The vanagon is mine, and i now have a buyer. I am heartbroken to let it go but personal circumstances have changed for me so i had to make the decision to sell.
I've had the bus for 3 years. I had the engine replaced (a vege engine built by adrian at AES)and de=coupler added ,ordered from Henning at syncro services and fitted by CJ when he owned syncrospares. She had a AAN Box and just rear diff(enough for our needs).
Managed to find some 27x8.5x14 BFG ALL TERRAINS and done a proper brake overhaul front /rear, added stainless exhaust system, sorted out any niggly problems as they arose and generally threw my wallet, time and attention at it. It was a keeper for me and a member of our family(it was our only ride and treated and loved as such)but then l'm forced to sell...its a bummer.
I will be looking for a new syncro as soon as finances permit but probably only a tin top with rock n roll bed, enough to get my muurikka, walking boots and tarp in, then back out where no one else camps.
